Tent site in Hestedalen in Frederikshåb Plantation
The site is located in Hestedalen in Frederikshåb Plantation on a blow-off surface between two sand drift dunes. There is a fire pit with a barbecue.
If you want to be sure of dry wood, you must bring your own, but otherwise you are allowed to gather wood from the forest floor for use on the fire pit.
The tent site cannot be booked. Access is on a first-come, first-served basis.
The parking lot on Rybjergvej at Midtervej is the closest. From here it is approx. 800 meters to the campsite.
