Experience Rævemosen in Aars, a scenic area rich in history and beautiful trails.

Rævemosen is located about 3 kilometers east of Aars, heading toward Rold. It is a scenic area with a fascinating history. In 1891, a large silver cauldron, known as the Gundestrup Cauldron and dating back to the Iron Age, was discovered here during peat cutting. A beautiful nature trail leads to the discovery site, which is marked by a memorial stone featuring a motif from one of the cauldron's square plates.

The Borremose Fort, an ancient Iron Age settlement, is also nearby—just 3 kilometers from Rævemosen and well worth a visit.
