Hærvejens Shelterplads Nørre Snede

An outdoor natural space that invites you to stay and spend the night. Located directly on Hærvejen's cycle and walking route. You can let the calm sink into your body with the beautiful forest as your nearest neighbor and use nearby city facilities if you need it.

We also welcome wheelchair users/disabled people. Disability should not be an obstacle to experiencing nature on your own body. The square provides opportunities for people with mobility disabilities to have a unique nature experience in Nørre Snede.

The entire site and one shelter are specially adapted for people with special needs. With the help of a waist pull and a seat sling (available on the site when booking), the person can be lifted out of the wheelchair and laid on the pull-out bed.

The square has been established by volunteer Nørre Snede citizens and Nørre Snede Local Council. With the support of Ikast Brande municipality, Nordeafonden, local volunteers and companies.

Your payment goes directly to operating and maintaining the site. Shelter
Price: DKK 30 per overnight stay per person plus fee.

The shelters offer 4 places in each shelter.
A total of 8 places.
You book one of 4 places - if you want the shelter for yourself, all 4 places must be booked.

You can expect a courtesy visit from the venue manager during your visit, and present a receipt for your booking.
When booking, you will receive all useful information per e-mail about the place and the area.
